Everything i dislike apart from my salary part.. Starting you feel like good organization day by day company will reveal about the circumstance. Even manager level employee's not even know the basic Excel. Not proper Management Etc..

...een told to work in a specific way, suddenly changes after morning Zoom call. Supplier's are not been paid on time. No Supplier in Mumbai is ready to give them stocks on Credit.

Great guys at entry-level management. Good pay.

Dislikes

Employees are mistreated, yelled at by the founder, co-founder and the higher management. Abusive workplace with lots of exploitation and cuss words thrown in front of entire office. No learning on the job, only manipulating clients till you're caught. Then you'll be fired and all the blame thrown on your head. Career growth is a joke. Forget about it. No work-life balance. No respect for your hardwork and sincerity.

Everything here is just absurd. Whether management, all departmental staff, salary, working culture, everything is non sense and terrible. The boss, the directors, Management team all are over smart and arrogant.

If you are a quick learner who is ready to accept new challenges then you will get to work in various domains which is very good for future prospects. I like to work under the Leadership who provides valuable feedback on all inputs with honest and brute opinion.

Dislikes

Actually it's not dislike but I want to say the Bonus on performance is must and the Variable must be payed annually instead of quarterly.
