1. Promotions, Appraisal 2. Less Salary 3. Strict Timings & No extra money given for Overtime. Your experience for appraisal counted from April to March and Your increment will be considered from July, August or something else. It will change for every year

No proper appraisals, less pay, no bonus, more work hours, no freedom of speech for employees, rude and worst Technical Management and HR Management. Not at all Employee Centric. No employee benefits at all.
