Here, there is a lot of scope & work for recruitment processes , so i am involved in good amount of time to take care from candidate profile sourcing to onboarding them with the help of Senior leads and team working with me. They provide complete insights for sourcing the toughest requirement or skills required in the industry. Anybody can explore their room of improvement & knowledge here.

The major thing is the time which i feel is punch in timing at 9:30. That can be little-bit flexible, because i come from a somewhat far location.

There is only small flexibility , thats only for other employees on out-time working on other department. Recruitment team & some are treated badly by management , so many have left this company.

There are the crooked minds seeing how to get good name behalf CEO & spoiling other names. they're not going to develop & sit there only with no growth.
