I would rate this as best company among all other MNC's that i worked. Simple HR policies, HR policies are made in such a way to benefit the employees. All the senior managements are easily approachable. No micro management at work. No pressure to finish the targets. You get to talk and work with your onshore clients everyday, they are very flexible with their immediate peers and also with other teammates. Once you are inside PDI, you become part of their family. The work times are flexible. If you finish your work in 3 to 4 hours and you are left with free time the rest of the day, you can literally tell what you have did in your free time in the standup calls also. They encourage your personal time equally. I do not see these with other organizations. Also, if you are stuck at some important works / road blocks at work, your leads and managers are always there to help you out.

I do not see any dislikes here, I am here for about 3plus years now.
