The work environment was terrible, there was also a shortage of staff leading to overwork many times a month. The weekoffs usually get postponed during busy schedule

Dislikes

Discrimination on the basis of department and speciality. Forced to cancel planned leaves for other employees casual leaves. No professional development in spite of years of experience and no negative records.

...we can approach them fearlessly.Teammates are helpful and good work environment. In salary base also they are providing good salary other benefits also. Over all my experience in hinduja hospital is good.

It's a v nice place to learn and practice. Personally I felt v good in working over there. Doctor pannel is also very nice and overall treating well with every aspect. It's a small hospital but we'll managed, infrastructure and technologically too. But there r some lacking like work load is more on nurses and no medical facilities in case of any Emmergency. On call doctors are not much responding type. So altimately nurses has to face every problem.

Salary package is less as compared to other hospital

...work culture is good. People here are good and rooted to their culture at work. Job security and timely salary is an add on. Great exposure and brand name.

Dislikes

Growth opportunities are less. SOP’s are not briefly defined. Salary is comparatively less than other hospitals.
