...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...work culture is good. People here are good and rooted to their culture at work. Job security and timely salary is an add on. Great exposure and brand name.

Company culture is good salary is well paid on time

Dislikes

As you can see rest reviews already about hinduja hospitals known department customer care the hitler rajshri and leroy keeps on abusing shouting the staff you butter them up tada promoted increment and u dont then u get zero i left from the organisation 3 years back almost but after seeing the rest reviews i thought i should write one as well about my experience hospital is fantastic no doubt but leroy favourite puppet of her only does morning shifts no sunday duties no public holidays while others have to they have no choice atall no leaves are given if ur asking months prior dictatorship goes on

Good salary, regular classes were conducted for upgrading skills

Dislikes

The work environment was terrible, there was also a shortage of staff leading to overwork many times a month. The weekoffs usually get postponed during busy schedule

Flexible shift timings, cafeteria, culture

Dislikes

...is very harsh. For 15 leaves also they apply sandwich rule which is very unfair. They should not apply hospital policies for contract basis employees as hinduja is not giving them a salary. Also the LWPs they cut after finishing 15 PLs is not returned to the founded organisation. It goes in hospital's pocket. This is very unfair to the temporary employees.
