They always focus on the faculty development skills where the faculty is lacking and this is the only good thing in the PCTE which is implemented by the top level management.

Dislikes

I think there are infinite dislikes about pcte hotel management department because of only one person who is the shit (Anirban Gupta) of HM department. The person with full negativity and always like to pretend that he is very great in front of top management. Even Not a single student respect that person. He don't know the single A of professionalism, he always target personally. I don't know what kind of management is this who always denies that person only because of some financial aspects. I think you should give focus on your employees. A very true line said by someone 'The base of every success organization is their employees' Not a single faculty is happy in PCTE Hm dept. There is a limit of selfishness and he crossed all the limits. And the knowledge of that guy is incredible who knows nothing. 🤣🤣 he don't know how to cut an onion and he was the Executive chef and GM Of Taj🤣. In the morning meeting from 8:40 to 9, one person is always been the target without any reason and those 20 mins are the heaviest Minutes of every faculty. This is all about hm faculty, but not even a single person from the other department likes this guy. He deserves something big. A small suggestion for the organization. In the Friday meeting you all are discuss about everything. Why not these reviews should discuss in the Friday meeting in front of everyone and also give the fdp to the persons like Anirban Gupta that how to deal with the faculties.

College is good Dr. Kang is such a nice person down to earth

Dislikes

The department of Hotel management is very good faculties are good, but the person who is Dean is very negative Mr. Anirbn Gupta I don't know how the management does not understand he doesn't know how to chop the onion and cut potato But he was GM and executive chef in Taj and some more properties. Due to him lots of faculties left the college but still, the management did not understand I don't know if there are any good points about him. He put pressure on students also. Students also don't like him Humble requests to the management look into it otherwise he will damage the concept and one day will come when will not get faculty. Also, I pray to God to give him some peace of mind.

Work culture and environment of PCTE is fully unique if we compare with other colleges of India. PCTE support us in all aspects in leadership, mentorship and so on.

Dislikes

Disliking creates divides which is not here in PCTE. so there is no disadvantage about PCTE
