Likes

It's great company only for learning ground engineer stuffs for the newbies. You will get involved in a loads of stuffs and that will help your learning of different things in an engineering plant.

Dislikes

Very poor management system and even worse work culture. No solid paperworks on joining and no job security. No special place in case of respect for engineers and qualified personalities. Work and life balance is very very poor. Salary system is the worst, there's no permanent date of staff salary payment and sometimes they skip a whole month.
