No growth opportunities. Working since 2 years on same profile without any cross training. Treats employees with strictness like not allowing to talk with each other, mobile not allowed, limited breaks, strict break timings for lunch, etc.

Everything, Staff Management Workers What just happened I am explaining here I was production supervisor in machine shop there, My shift was 3pm afternoon to 12 am night But workers continued there work after 12 to morning 6 until new supervisor came at morning 6 So one day I was left finished my duty at 12 in night Workers still working there in machine shop I already allotted work load to every machine and operators, But they slept at 2.30 in night And Management blem me for that I said I was off duty I gave them proper working load to each of them , They didn't listen And forced me to have resign I am true I had done nothing wrong so I didn't have resign And there is 2 years bond with compnay that I have singed still they terminated me , It was worst ever management I have ever seen,

Everything is good and it's good to have such Team leader who is very good at every level of working. Supportive staff, operator and team. Leaders. Management is good.

Dislikes

Good thing are always good but some bad things are always present there in that way you see it's your point of view. Need to take some more step regarding management level.
