Company's atmosphere is very good also supporting staff members and seniors....this company is most suitable for freshers and their and future growth .

This company's timing is main issue and also their salary package are not suitable for as a position also salary increment as per experience is low....so I definitely suggest to this company for freshers but not for experience candidates.....but some benefit for capital city of Gujarat.

Working environment is good, also infrastructure and canteen facility. But most employees work in shift so it inbalance with regular life schedule. You can learn about PCB cam work and also assembly service of it if you are in EDA department. Accomodation available if you are boy and not with family. Transportation available for persons who stay in Ahmedabad.

Dislikes

For joining need to 30,000/- bond agreement for one year. Salary growth is slow. May be happen that after 2-3 or more years of working experience not give a good salary at another company.

Overall experience is not bad and not good because I am fresher. Skills development is to good I gain knowledge about PCB and fundamental of components .work life and personal life is mass with work because of shift timing, benefits are 1 yr experience. Company culture is good all seniors was supported and helped any time. Job security is too good in corona time 😅😅. Career gorth is to well, work satisfaction was some time good really happy some time was unhappy.
