I used to work here, you would get a good chance to learn new technologies work with different vendors of networking like cisco aruba hp mostly these as a project engineer. At time you will be required to visit different places which will be a good learning experience for a fresher. Building is nice and its location is nearby metro. At times they may take you out for office party maybe 1 in a year for which company bears the cost.

...ree with what senior management thinks you will be a target practice for them. Salary cut is like their passtime game. Office timing is 9:30 to 6 if you are late by 10 min your half day salary will be deducted, oh i forgot to tell they have a concept of leave sandwich, trust me this is not the kind of sandwich you'll like. I might have left out few things , but i hope u have the idea now. I this help do upvote.

There is no work to do in office only sitting and gossips of others and enjoying no work pressure except ticket assign.

...salry hike like and after joining of few months I will give u 100 percent hike . Once you join there will be no hike there will be no hike given. if you keep saying then after one and half years they will give you hike of 1400 1600 just like a labour is given hike in factory. In total they brainwash anyhow to join and create such a condition that you can not join another company from here they will not release before 3 to 4 months notice period coz your another will not wait for you that much period and you have no option except to remain in the company.

. Strict timeing . If you ask for leave never do that Use all your leaves . Except salary noting else . client lead you like you are nothing . No bonus, . No increment,you get only increment from client side . 60 notice must be served . No late login . No future growth

No increment & also they want maneger level work on executive salary. No Assets will be provide by company. You have to use your own IT assets for Company work. Work life balance is blvery bad

Poor Management They only know how to take benefits of the employees You have to use your laptop No goodies No maintenance cost given to employee No promotion, no proper skill development
