They haven't support any of there employees even they cut off the salaries and give 30% salary, and about HOD sheiba anand she didn't even care to ask about how here employees survive in this covid period, and they make pressure to each and everyone that if you didn't join office so will terminate you

No incriment in 3 years, and no supporting nature not even boost employees moral so that they work hard.

Their policies Salary never in time. Earlier they use to give salary on month end of other month like 1 st april to 30th april you worked than salary you will receive on 25th -31st may and now they are giving around 15 june. And if u come late they will deduct salary but HOD's come late or doesn't come even than there is no deduction. Owners are not bothered if employee is unwell they are jst bothered in exchanging 2000 rupees. They are sending their employees in bank for exchanging bundles if 2000 rs notes. And since feb'23 they are giving salary in cash that to 2000 rs. No one is supportive. It a bad or must say worst firm to work with in today's date. Management is completely zero and poor

They do not provide salary on time. I have not received salary from last 2 months. This is the 3rd unpaid month I am working in currently. There is absolutely no scope of promotion and increament. Here, they provide increament only after 5-10 years, that too very minimal amount of increament. Company is involved in some kind of fraud, as the Company has litigation cases from various banks. They took loans from banks and are not able to repay now. The Company is NPA. Whole company is a fraud. I am stuck here as my 2-3 months salary is blocked.
