There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

i think i don't like any thing very bad staff they quick me out of the company in lock down period

compensation is decent , but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. sometime, i have to work 14 18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of time. i do receive appreciation emails from my client ,but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also,there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have a guide them step by step , which is very painful some times

Overall good but sometimes I’m very disappointed with pc financial examples less salary package, no appraisal, employees behaviour, partially, I like only Anjali Maam in this company. Instead of my manager

...he other departments have been helpful in getting me integrated into the system. Since they are a fast growing company they pay well for the right talent too.

Dislikes

Kind of lacking in some basic facilities as a company as big as it is, ie, its refreshment areas are very sparse. Also no real L&D plan for a company within FinTech and things change fast within this industry.
