Paytunes is a good company to work at in terms of work flexibility, culture, team. There are no strict organizational hierarchy , The upper management's door is always open to help.

There is no dislikes as such, Everything depends on sale and your skills in to ad sales job.

Any Company for that matter - its the people which matters, I love the work culture which has been followed here, Management has made people to take their ownership on the individual responsibilities, Management has been supportive always, Management notices / appreciates the efforts of the team members and give additional responsibilities which is a motivating factor, Management has given flexibility in terms of working from home and on field, Leadership is really good.

Overall we can say, this company is good place to work who want a systematic(Balanced) work life as well as personal life. It is very easy to approach anyone (any department) here.

Nice culture. even though its a sales organization the pressure for sales is very less. Good incentive structure

More team building excercise is required. Since people are working from home team bonding is affected
