Few people think they are owner of company, that's why they don't have PA license and slammed by RBI. They deserve this.

They might rethink and review his so called management team. Who don't know anything about fintech ecosystem and regulations.

Technologies that we are using, quality of work. Opportunity to work with large talented pool. Company is highly agile in nature.

Work distribution is improper, some are working really hard while others just struggling.

Learning is there, you will develop certain skills. It’s a people driven company, if people around you is good you will certainly like the job.

People driven company, manager takes due advantage of their position. Language used here is poor. If you’re sensitive you should reconsider or know more about your manager first.

Nothing to be liked,it's even worst than a startup coz people here promote nepotism, performance does not matter here what really matter is how close you are with the managers.
