Dislikes

...al environment). No Clarifications on tasks and their priorities. Often Layoffs. No Competitive Pay and Appraisals. Remote work, therefore no WLB. Getting calls after office hours. (Sometimes made to work on weekends) No Team Outings and benefits. (Depending on team)

The co-workers are good. They understand you and take up the work and finish it off together.

Dislikes

... in the process. They do not listen to you. There is absolutely no job security. When you ask for compensation, they fire you. WORST MANAGEMENT

You own the flows and have the freedom of deciding the implementations of your work. For me it was WFH so work life balance was maintained. People are good, knowledgeable and approachable.

Promotions and appraisals may not be good for everyone, for that please do 1:1 with your manager and get your feedback, and ask them what type of contributions will increase your chances of good appraisals. Unnecessary meetings kills your focus time so please make sure you are only attending important meetings. Important! Avoid verbal communications and rely on written communications only to avoid any unnecessary trouble.

Dislikes

Worst work culture. There is no job security. Worst timings. Torture work. Heavy work pressure. 24/7 work. If you work on weekends they don't provide any compoff. Waste of time and efforts. Pls don't join there.
