Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

over all this is the fake company and i am complaint the MCA ans labour commissinor office.

the company provide no training no job security no career and no salary no travel allowence and no market material and no demo app. only trial basis start the market and no services provide employe and retailrs and distributer.

It's fake don't go for it.fraud company.
