Everything is trash about this company. If you're a spoon of the founder you can survive at least 6 months or a year but there will be no surety as such.

...as paid awards 5) No job satisfaction 6) No job security What should you do: 1. Remove redundant employees from your company is great but provide 3 months of salary to the at least. 2. Saturdays must be closed and off for all employees to take a proper rest. 3. Generate authenticity in market. People are knowing Payomatix as a horrible place to work with full of idiots including HRs. 4. Stop being a spoon to the founder she is giving you the salary because you're giving her the output. 5. Pathetic work culture. Improvise it at least

Honestly, i didn't find any Dislikes. Because, we as an Payomatix, always value each other and support in all the process. talking about Dislikes, which is we treat Deadlines as an Challenge. Everyone wants to fulfill deadlines within the time frame, and yes everyone doing such tasks very seriously.

Great Work Life Balance : Finally a company that values WLB, Throughout my tenure I rarely experienced extended shifts and weekend work. Growth & Learning : Since the company is in growing stage there are significant opportunities for professional growth & learning. Friendly Work Environment: The work environment is welcoming, and the management is approachable and readily available to offer guidance whenever required.

Low Visibility: The company and its product offering are of high quality, however the company visibility and market presence is relatively low. The management should focus on enchaining the same.
