The whole management, the owner himself manages the company. The manager there is just to relax and take nap on his seat and yes to mark employees absent. The owner denied annual appraisals.
Work culture is good. In 21st Century there's no job security,if you work, you are the winner,if don't then you know. Company policies,will rate 2, cause they should mention policies in offer letter,or share a company policy brochure. Management,is not that much good. The owner of the company himself manages a lot,than the manager. He is a nice person. Rather, he is like a brother. It becomes a family environment over there. But, professionalism is important. 😌 It's high time to change or get a new manager. "Sorry"
Things are all good over there. Not hates, nothing. Lots of love for them, and that was the first sales base job for me, I tried my best, and they supposed me at extream. My TL was Suraj, and probably,the best TL throughout my life. Rather,everyone is supportive. But the manager has 0 management skill i'm really sorry from the bottom of my heart.
All the TLs of the company have better management skill than the manager. Will not take any name. A small suggestion, just make any of the TL manager for a day, the whole scenario of the company will change. As i believe, the balance of professionalism and personal should be there.

nothing, actually this company is a fraudulent company , fooling customers and asking employees to sit on dialler for a data that dates back to middle ages, now if you have used it so many times it's obvious you wont get anything out of it , however the blood suckin owner and the so-called licker hr will continuously pressurise you for sales and they want you to be professional but they treat you like kids as they will ask you to seek permission even for short loo break , on top of that , they will confuse you and then ask you this and that , they pay like peasants and in some cases not pay at all ,
