I only liked the client location which was near to my house

...here Paycraft lacks and if not taken care of then it will impact their business. 1) Salary is not on time. It's very strange to discuss this but yes they delay in salary credit. First of salary is paid on 5th of every month but may delay to 10th or even 16th day of the month. 2) Oldest technology to work on. 3) SBI client - Office is full of uncultured and unprofessional employees. In work time every will keep their phone oh general and let mobile ring as loud as possible also watches reels on loud volume and also speak in loud volume. You cant feel like you are working in IT company. 3) Tea/Coffee is paid😂😂 I mean at least give tea coffee free after uncultured colleague torture

Teammates were good and supporting. Salary was good.

Dislikes

Work life balance is worse. Team leader don't care about junior. Don't know how to arrange shifts. Most of the time I used to work for straight 8-9 days without week off .

Managers are good they are supporting and team is also good but no one has any value in front of management.

Work life is not balanced, team members are good, worst management they don't care about employees if you will take leave then management will start pointing you for taking leaves, appraisal is also worst . There is no value of managers, HR every decision even small decision are taken care by management and that are worst decisions

At times wfh option. The employees liked by manager don't have to work. They can just sit and earn. Managers are an expert in inflating the work quality and quantity.

Dislikes

The culture is really bad. The politics is heavy at all levels. Especially the Pune head person is very poisonous. They make you work on weekends as well. They use and throw employees. So many people join and leave within a year due to bad management.

Below standard office, toilet are very small. Company is in debt so too much budget constraints,low server memory given due to low budget ,very hard for vendors to get their bills approved.
