What I liked most about this company is the honesty, dedication, and hard work of SS Negi Sir towards the organization. His commitment is truly commendable. Similarly, Nikhil Sir has a strong vision to take the company to new heights, which reflects his positive leadership approach.

However, at the Dahej plant, some old employees and newly joined top management personnel neither want to work properly nor allow bottom-level employees to work efficiently. These individuals misuse their positions and create problems for those who genuinely put in hard work. The manager also seems insecure, fearing that a hardworking chemist might surpass him and move up the ranks. There is also poor manpower management in the QC department. Whether there are 3 chemists or 5-6 chemists in a shift, the workload remains the same because only 3 people actually work, while the rest just roam around, spend hours on their mobile phones, or disappear for long periods. Unfortunately, the manager supports and appreciates only those employees who waste time instead of working sincerely. The company has great potential, but for a better work environment, management should recognize and support hardworking employees instead of favoring those who are simply passing time. I have always been dedicated, honest, and hardworking in my job. I take full responsibility for my work and ensure that tasks are completed on time, no matter the challenges. There have been times when I worked tirelessly without food or even drinking water, just to make sure that the company’s work was never delayed. However, the management at the Dahej plant does not value sincere efforts. The manager feels insecure when someone works efficiently because he fears that hardworking employees might gain recognition and get promoted. Instead of appreciating dedication, he supports those who waste time, roam around, and avoid work. This creates a demotivating and unfair work environment for those who truly want to contribute. Despite having more manpower in the QC department, only a few people actually work, while others simply pass time. The manager favors these non-performing employees, making it difficult for sincere workers like me to grow and contribute effectively. The company has great potential, but it needs better management practices that reward hard work and dedication. Employees should be recognized for their efforts rather than being held back due to favoritism and office politics.

Bosses are so stupid that they will not understand any logic, hence tension free job.

Lot of favoritism. Senseless, foolish and uneducated people are at high post. Higher post people are dishonest and taking bribe and commission in every services such as food service, transportation service etc. If CAG will do the auditing, then God knows what will come out in report.

Growth and increment is average, work life balance is terrible as sometimes you have to work 16-17 hours straight. Managers do not value your hard work, lot of politics going on in the company. Also canteen facility is not available, so you have to arrange your own food and snacks. Sometimes they will say we don't have transport available today you have to come on your own.
