...obation getting confirmation and after resignation relieving is very difficult. Salary between 5 to 7 th of the month Leaves are less Poor Admin and infrastructure. Container office. Shift timing is 9 hours. Policies are few but will not get benefit out of it

its a very good company. Our MD and management is very supportive and have good approach towards employee..we are taking so many initiative in this year for employee welfare and CSR and also for Great Place to work.. In guidance of NCG sir we will soon be a very re-known company.
