If offer given after my retirement at 60 yrs. I am ready to accept it gracefully. I am physically fit to accept any new challenges in any professional position in any technical and administrative field. Now Pawan Hans LTD doesn't have any offers in company policy.

Pawan Hans LTD was premier helicopters organisation in Asia. Salary and job satisfaction was excellent. But unfortunately it is in verge of privatization due to lack of Management superiority recent past.

Right now company require self realisation what mistakes we have made in past shall be analysed, and a fesh planning as per current situation based requirements to be made and same has to be implemented meticulously.

It depends about your senior . my senior was good so i got everything in very good way like support for growing my skills and work balance. But in other department my collogue was very depressed about there work because their manager and seniors don't do any work all work has been passed to the junior level employee. and one thing more in that it is government served psu so most of the officer have their jog security so they did not do any work. They believe in only attendance Lunch and attendance (punch).

Yes Pawan hans supported me in covid 19 by throwing me out of the job...nd my colleaguea too....ty pawan hans for giving me kick out from job in pandemic situation.....worst company to work..i lost my 10 crucial years in this useless company.....

Being a PSU and have expertise for operating multi fleet helicopters in various testing situations.Have enormous opportunities for discovering new horizons of success and setting up an example for all other operators.

Dislikes

Most of the Technical manpower on Contract- which is having almost nil chances of regularization.They keep on renewing the contracts upto whatever time management is willing.No up-gradation of juniors level staff,they prefer retaining Retired manpower on contract. Selection procedure is affected by Caste Based Reservation system.
