No Offer Letter, No Salary Slip. Salary providing by hand. Even there is no any evidence, that we were worked there. Company consider employees as wage workers. Most benefited employees were treated or the company finds absence of any person leads to cause problem, then the company top officials see them personally and provide a small increment to them from their personal account and tell them, please don't tell to any one. This is the way the company save some employees for their benefits. Permanent employees receives half of the salary in bank ac and other half by hand. To become permanent, need to work for 3 to 4 years.🙄😂 No leaves, Even don't get any public holidays. Mismanagement is the real problem for the company.
