1 man management system. They will hire you saying you will be placed at Darjeeling and Siliguri but after 1 month they will send you to interiors of Mizoram, North East and Bangladesh Border. They will promise you everything including fooding but will give you nothing. Avoid joining this company.

Ekdam bekar company salary time nahi mita. 1 mahina ka salary hold kata hai , Suva 7 se rat 10 Tak Kam. 7 din kochu chuti nahi kuch nahi khali sone ka Time Milega or kuch nahi. Bekar ka unnecessary pressure deta hai . Inta toxic hai vai.

Jindagi kharab kar deta hai yaar Personal life kharap karta hai.

This is driver Raj company. Company don't give minimum & basic facilities. You will go dipression for sure. Duty time 7 morning to 9 night. 7 days in week. You don't gat time washing clothes also.

They provide you only one camper. To reach site you have adjusted your sit . Site engineer are used to go to site by hanging behind the campar. Where the living room is 8 km away from the food facility on site. In the morning you to join at 7.00 and after finishing work you had to wait till 9 clock just for food to reach the room by 9.00. may fake promises will be given before joining, but it will be the worth decision of your life.

There is non-technical staff called tinku maity neither educated nor qualified.He don't have any engineer degree yet company given a job as a project engineer. No need to work better then this stay at home
