No Salary benefit. And no good culture for work. And over time is fix rate and single over time. And over time hours is 4hours and 8hours. No over time hours is 1hours , 2hours consider. Canteen food is no good

Salary on time. Canteen infrastructure is good.

Dislikes

Transportation facility is poor. Canteen food is poor. Communications is poor. Politics is higher than Parliament. HR person is not Real HR. Top management is always blaming on middle management of his failures.

..., r&d should be renewed to became paushak as co-creating world class company. 9. No covid leave provided by company if you has covid then you have to either deducted salary or apply your balance leave. 10. Travelling issue from vadodara to panelav it takes around 1 hour which you have travel non ac and dirty/old bus that is wrost then gstc bus. 11. No flexible timing and no skill doctor are there to handle the suitation incase of emergency. 12.Every day there is leakage of line/pipe which creating nonsence gas exposure that lead to damage your lungs and slow down your breathing. however in paushak when i joined i found every employee's want to change the job due to lack unskill magt. System. Last feedback by heart - in paushak employee dont fear with challenges but employee fear with foolish person in plant.

Poor infrastructure limited resources,basic resources like infrastructure, equipment facility are very poor, never accept new idea, lots of mental tourcher by group ledar

Likes

Freedom of work and decision-making. A lot of areas for substantial improvement since plants were age-old with manual controls. Promotors' willingness to invest in new highly automated plants.

Dislikes

The pace of decision-making and a couple of areas having the potential to grow business fast were a bit slow.
