...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

Good work culture and as the department was newly created, we had taken all pain to develop all procedure and documentation for smooth operation. However, the team was cooperative and supportive. Most importantly, the management provide opportunities to the enthusiastic and dynamic employee. Policies and old but employee friendly.

Dislikes

Need to develop similar working culture, entitlement and retirement policy among all entities.
