Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I started working with paul merchants in 2009 . After 2 years of job i joined another forex company for salary hike , but after doing so much for the company i never got that appreciation and respect . So i rejoined in 2012 and till now i am achieving Pan india no 1 every year with the support of my team , seniors and offcourse of company's work culture and comfort .

One of the worst company, even they hold the march month salary,and regularly pressurized for leaving the job,last they settled with leave without pay.....there is no job security....
