My experience is very good, lots of learning in equity research. The owner, Prasenjit Paul is a very friendly person, he helped me a lot, no barrier to reach him. Free courses, books and after spending 3 years, I can now invest for myself which is my biggest gain. Co-workers are also very friendly.

it was a great experience. The owner and director, Mr. Paul is very friendly, open and genuine person. Its been a pleasure working with him and best of all there are no barriers and whoever wants to share their opinion or to ask queries, are welcome. Also, the work life balance was quite good and it has been a wonderful journey so far. Also, Other staff members have been too good too.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
