New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

...eful work by team Bad treating the young guys There isn't any development work. And not providing atleast 10000 salary to the fresher in IT. Positions in IT always stay vacant because of work environment. Very very toxic made environment by seniors. No Indian no usa holidays allowed.

There head office have a good office infrastructure and cafeteria

They don't pay to even people who quit with proper resignation, and no wirk life balance, boring and tense atmosphere, seniors shares your display and keep eye on your all the work like you are a criminal. Don't provide proper detail on incentive well. Many more things...

Working in the e-commerce department has been challenging due to favoritism, biased project assignments, and ineffective leadership. HR support has been lacking, and mental stress from the management has made it difficult to maintain a positive work environment. While the company has potential, the department's toxic work culture hinders growth and employee satisfaction. Changes in leadership and a more transparent, fair work environment are needed Especially when you work in e-commerce department there is hod called mehul rathod he is a biggest idiot in patterns. H
