Difficult to work on Night shift, lot of work pressure specially in HEFFERNAN process, I was working in night shift for more than a year, they never changed my shift, Vizag वाले एक ग्रुप में रहते हैं अगर कोई नॉर्थ का आदमी वहां काम करने आ जाए तो काम करना उसके लिए मुश्किल हो जाता है एकदम necessary चीजों को ही एक्सप्लेन करते है बाकी सब कुछ खुद ही सीखना पड़ता है। वो सारा आसान खुद कर लेंगे और मुश्किल काम जूनियर पर छोड़ देते हैl

...ifficult to work in night shift, . Huge Work pressure, . Vizag people are rude . Very Low increment in salary . No meaning of promotion because salary is still the same (15k to 16k) . Vizag people put all the work pressure to junior if you belongs to North . Night shift only, no shift change

It’s very user friendly, supportive staff and stress free atmosphere to work.

When it comes to salary it’s very very low compared to today’s economy, not at all satisfactory. And promotions too many politics no promotions at all for sincere workers.

Nothing there is not a single thing to be liked in patra India especially vizag location.....so much politics from the first day onwards and team is not supportive..if something seems wrong we shouldn't question if we question to the management then our title should be arrogant, attitude

...ow this...who know earlier will be peaceful who know later will be stressful ...they won't pay salary ...salary is the worst thing there ..patra vizag location is defaming the patra US company ....especially the team I worked is MMA ....senior Team leader (TL) chikati manoj and TL sunil doppa and hr nitin pandey are the worst persons ever not fit for their positions all are like goons (team )inside ..people will join for employment but until AND unless they enter no one will know how worst is the company inside ..they are not paying any salaries also properly to many of my friends who worked there in 2022 and they left the company I don't wanna give one star also if there is a no star then I would prefer this ..patra vizag don't deserve single star also I have filed a case in labour court also because they made to work for 31 days and they terminated me for no reason and wasted my time also(31 days from Oct 24- nov 23 ) now I left with no job and with bad review here because they passed a termination notice to me stating that my performance is not good ..they searched a casual to terminate me because they didnt found an exact reason so they blame.us completely at last

It is best job for woman who are married. The pressure is less. The leaves are ok.

Salary is so less and no career growth.The management give opportunities to the person they prefer but not on skill basis.

Worst Company, No Salary Growth, No Promotions, Full Politics, Extra Hours Weekly 2-3 Times 9-12 Hrs a Extra hours a day, Torture - Even Floor cleaning staff and office security get more salary than employees. Office Security staff very rude behaviour with employees.

Only Some Supervisor and TL's are good. worst Appraisals, No Innovation, Work Load High salary less, Security worst, career growth worst, Team mates Good or Bad - Only Job Security will be good
