My colleagues are good but here salary is less shift hours are more than actual hours every time you have to extend your shift because of powercut and data.. seniors are not at all supportive no employee is happy because of salaries structure.. If company full fill the needs of employees only then this company will grow.... Also companies should bring new technologies so that employee should learn like any type of skill development course or else certificate.

The only thing I liked was Patra's cafeteria

Patra's work culture is very toxic. The pay structure is very poor. Management is partial towards employees and very unsupportive. There is no financial support facilities for employees and once you are on notice period they treat you like criminal whichever post you may be in.

My experience is good. No work pressure no trouble just do your assign work and follow guideline. Team members and management are supportive. And good work environment.

Salary is good but increment and carrier growth is very slow.

They need to hike Salary especially lower designation, also growth is dependent upon higher designation it should be depend upon work I know this is hard to solve but I am sure you can findout solution. Thanks for asking 🙂

Job is secure, they provide meal on office and twice weekends these 2 are only advantage here.

Politics, no growth, some peoples are terrible, less salary, you can't see your future here, company is good for time pass but do not depend on it fullest as long as you are totally kneel down before life.
