Good work for environment and culture. Seniors are supportive and management is transparent. There is a huge criteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

By having a flexible start and end time, you can more easily make time for appointments, family obligations and personal matters. Well, let me start with a single line that after working in six integrated steel plants before joining here in august 2009 i found this company work culture is excellent as compared to other organisations i worked earlier. There is a very good understanding between the top management and the working executives. Certainly there is opportunity to learn and enhance the techno-commercial capabilities if anybody does want. The greatest thing which suits me here is the flexible working hours and freedom in making concepts to commission, experimenting and executing anything you want to give a support that sustains the growth of the company. Some drawbacks as per my perception are its social location, though the geographical location is excellent. Changes are the laws of nature. Here also during my decade long tenure i saw many changes in the corporate psychology but the core ethics of the company remains untouched. To me its a good destination to learn, to work and to grow....

There is no job security, Mr.PK Mohanty ,who is Game changer and always try to fix plant head in all time.Who is also a thief,who stolen from my house. Mr.Tulasi Das Bhayana ,Director is a CA . He was victim in murder case and in jail too. Always play game and abuse filthy words.Daily Harassment and no job satisfaction.I worked 4 years as CEO but due to said criminals under duress left the organisation.Since 2012 , 10 Plant heads changed. Everyone 6months to 1.5 years maximum except myself 4 years worked under lot of pressure. So my sincere advice to those who willing to apply or work not good and safe side. You may enquire also.

The company is open for innovation.I love that fact that I am a part of this company that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global clients. Another plus point is that my colleagues from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here. Overall it is a good Company to enhance your skills and learn from the experimental work of yours and anyone can work independently here.

I am disappointed with the salary/appraisal policy here and growth is slow
