The company is open to innovation anf readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that provides an excellent quality of care to the patients. I worked here as an ICN but learned about other skilled areas. As a result I worked independently and raised confidence level in myself. Another plus point is that the environment of the organization is just like our family in which my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration.
