Working hours were flexible to an extent. Salary will be credited on time.

Dislikes

Micromanagement by the indian managers. They see the work as a stubborn school teacher and will find something wrong with everything. They will somehow manage to make it look like it's your mistake even though you're following their instruction. Not everyone is like that and especially the kerala teams and the Lebanon team from my experience. But some non keralite managers made me regret staying for an extended internship despite being over qualified. They never think of utilising one's skill and are stuck in the 80s with their old school approach to dealing with every issue.

Likes

...the company since its so small. The work domain is very niche - Islamic Finance. There is no concept of variable pay so the basic is quite a lot here (allthough that increases your taxation income).

Dislikes

As of 2021 it has been acquired by azentio and a lot of problems which were there before has been resolved now. However there still remains some like work-life balance and a sub par insurance policy and a very weak benefits scheme in overall scenario. HR policies also need an overhaul as its very backwards at the moment.
