It is not a company. It is like a "Baniya ki dukan".

Dislikes

Deducting money from employees' salary of uniforms, eating up Bonus money. If you morning punch late by even 1 minute than half day salary deducted and many more are included in the nature of "Dukan".

In patel motor i dislike one biger think . Upper menegment doesn't know how to handel our experience employees . Employees want growth like money growth or Post growth And if menegment
