...of policy on person to person. 3. Arrogance of Management and fake showoff. 4. Delayed salary payment 5. No job security. On some fine day you can be asked to tender resignation and asked that dont come from tomorrow you are forced relieved.

Job secured. Work culture is some better than some named firms.

...h is not to say.Site management give some respect to employs for better results.No any benefits like bonus, leave encashment and PF scheme etc.

... superannuation,no LTA ,no ESI, no bonous.7 day working. Last year no appraisal.Salary on 25th.

As I am new, I don't have any Idea. But as a DPM I am not getting any facilities. Even sr.engineers, engineer, foreman and operator's are staying in one room of 5 to 6 bed with common bathroom.

...sions, sleepy procurement, no team work, care less for workers as well as staff. No leaves during probation ,no weekly off, salary hold if u goes to leave.

Yea i am first work this company .many more ideas and thinking skills developed ,labour and engineers communication very important .very must team work

12 hours above this work ,there is a lot of politics .no bonus every year ,salary ok but career growth is slow,no salary increases
