I am new to the company but I find the work culture pretty flexible as it is work from home opportunity ad also I am very satisfied as per my work related issues. I got to learn and work on HR Operations. Employees as well as the management are very friendly which is an additional comfort to work efficiently. Looking forward to have a good experience here at PaTaaK.

There is no job security, Management is very poor, they are very egoistic and selfish people, they don't give you leave if u r critically unwell, also if something goes wrong n u pointed out that to management then they will terminate you. in shot you can't raise your voice against management. No facility given to you by the organisation and no learning and self or professional growth

Company provided me a lot opportunity to work in different technologies as software developer. If you are working hard in right direction then they are making value of it!!! They are giving exposure almost in all area to grow. If you stuck somewhere in your work then they are always ready to help anytime. They are trying their best to balance work load for employees. Company is trying to grow by bringing unique concepts in market in terms of projects and that's also too much beneficial for Developers to grow in new upcoming technologies. I like to explore here new frameworks, technologies in projects to help them grow more!!

Everything is good about this company.Satisfaction of Work and Work/life balance are one of the best examples. Managers and Colleagues supports you all the time and having good understanding in team.
