I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Nothing to like about this company, only thing is they are 100% remote and they use that for black mailing employees

Dislikes

No culture no work life balance, they can fire you with immediate to 7 days notice without any reason

Working Environment is good. Everyone is helping. Flexible timing is a plus point here. Whenever we are stuck in any issue our project manager and seniors are always ready to help and guide us. Workflow is very professional so good place for growth.

Pataak IT takes care of its employees better than many companies in the industry. The job security is good as the company is stable. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Fixed team meeting to discuss daily agenda. Already planned work for the upcoming month.
