0 management if you join this company welcome to hell,,,, definitely you will not grow in your life you can't give time to your family their is no value as a chef coz they doesn't how to work professionally they knows only do mazdoori not as a chef. working time,, food,, management omg rubbish if know how to do spooning(chamchagiri) then only you can work otherwise it's not your place staff's are doing their duty after drinking alcohol on duty they're having gutkha everyday new new rules are launching overall experience is -0

Head chef behaviour not good because head chef every time like to much attitude n restaurant chef very disappointing very poor not listen staff problem only support our village members

Well, a lots of politics are there, and all the managers are having a very bossy and dictatorship nature, they don't care about the staffs properly, they don't even approve the leave of the staffs and sometimes they need to cancel it when it has already been planned, staff food is worst, even if it gets finished you need to stay hungry, the chefs are totally untrained, and dont even knows the correct standard to make the food, that's why always there is a guest complain, and I think management must change it to a cafe restaurant rather than calling it from a Italian restaurant, since I am from a star hotel background I knows how Italian works and how the standard its to be. The managers always think that they are the superior and whatever they will say we have to follow that one, instead of listening to other. Coming to work culture I think the management must take care of the ground level staff rather than taking care of the higher management, they must nurture and motivate the staff and follow their needs, the management is cutting of the service charge for the maintenance of staff accommodation where everyone is slogging themselves and working hard so much for that. Last but not the least the management should not promise something which they cannot provide to the staff.

I really thank you to my company for job security thank you 😊, work culture high level all staff are helpful, Management always trying to thier staff need as much as possible for company, company policies also good.
