The company is nothing but a complete scam. It is not a registered company. They do not give salaries. I left the organization as soon as I got to know that it is a terrible company to work with. It is going through a huge loss. If you are a female then they ask the employee to leave the organization because they fear that the female may want to conceive and take a break from work. They only want male candidates and they treat female candidates with utmost disrespect.

Work culture, environment, pay scale is very bad. Nothing good about the organization. It is just a scam.

The Director of the company, Dr. Pankaj Tikku, along with the nephew of the company’s owner, fostered a highly toxic and unethical work environment. Dr. Tikku was notorious for his inappropriate behavior toward female employees, often harassing them to fulfill his personal desires. He misused his position of power to exploit and intimidate women, making the workplace unsafe and uncomfortable. Additionally, both he and the owner’s nephew manipulated employees, engaged in constant gossip, and created conflicts among staff members. Employees were fired at their discretion, with no regard for professionalism or ethics—especially targeting women, whether married, pregnant, or unmarried. The firing process was dictated by their personal biases rather than any fair or structured policy, leaving employees in a constant state of fear and insecurity.
