My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...re is good. Staff co-ordination is supportive and targets achieved by team work. Salary and other benefits such as medical, LTC etc. is really awesome. Promotion channel is really so fast compare to other discoms / subsidiaries. Overall good company.

Unnecessary intervene by customer / public for requesting transfer of staff / employee due to not satisfaction to there intended work against norms of the company or as per norms too. Political and senior authority intervene in supporting staff / employee for posting during promotion / punishment / new recruitment / in the interest of the company.

The work pressure is very high,during monsoon season need to work for more than 16 hours,as a deputy Engineer all phone calls are to be attended by ourselves during odd hours also, target for every government scheme are required to be completed in time, which creates undue pressure due to insufficient man power,
