It was really an excellent experience in my ĺife, specially my attachment & mixing up with the rural people and serving them through our Bank's products. Truly speaking, I enjoyed my service period of 34 years at various corners / branches of Mallabhum Gramin Bank & Paschim Banga Gramin Bank scattered in the district of Bankura ,Purulia , Bardhaman, Hooghly and Howrah . All the sweet memories are now being recapitulated and those are giving oxigen in my retired life .Thanks & good wishes to my beloved Gramin Banks.

Dislikes

Only lack of involvement of some newly employed working forces . This should immediately be developed. They should realise that the Bank is giving them everything including their social respect .
