Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Dislikes

No work life balance. Unprofessional behavior by seniors. Even if there is a mistake with logistics or even if it is from them, they will put all the blame on you, they will never go to the truth, they will threaten to fire you from the job from morning to evening or hold the salary. You will be tortured illegally at the level that you will run away yourself.

Compensation is not decent, growth is slow,and in this there is no on job training criteria due to this sometimes I feel like a pain.
