In start they Provided the Holidays for 3 months than they deducted the salary from three months and even they cutted off these holidays from my Holidays only.

Dislikes

HR of Igatpuri Branch he don't know anything and Always Mentally Harassing the Aged/sick employees.

i have spent 3 to 4 year of my currier at parveen industries that time i have been notice many more thins it would be good or bad the main thing is if company's director are pay their attention on internal politics and short out it than they will able to short out every problem as a employee i would be expect from every company friendly behaver from officers .

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
