Nothing. The behaviour of the boss was rude and unprofessional. He used to harass me in front of everyone and talking bad about me behind my back. I wouldn't recommend anyone going over there. They just have the big name but really bad environment to work for. Bosses shout and use very bad language and inappropriate words at the employees. They do not encourage their employees rather they find minor faults and make big fuss out of it. There is this highest level of partiality I have ever seen in any work culture.

...e appraisal. There is no bonus, no casual leave, no sick leave, no annual leave. If you are taking holiday on either Saturday or Monday then they deduct 2 days salary of including Sunday also. Bosses sit in their lavish cabins to have lunch whereas all other employees have to sit on the floor in the kitchen with a very little space. There are hardly few good things about this company and lots of bad things. They humiliate their employees in front of others. Bosses have no respect for elders.

I am doing work in raisin global the brand by parvati fabrics very bad experience with this company. They are abusing front of all members and staff used wrong word to say All the staff are doing bad, bitching behind back

Very old working culture, not good place to work here for long time. If you are doing good business then you have to survive here other wise they will terminate or cut your salary

You will be not getting any job guarantee or promotion in this company if you have good experience then this place is not for you

they are not organised ..they follow local format of working .. but they gave chance to develop your local business understanding , how domestic business work .
