The Chairman is faithful to God. Very helping heart to Managing Director, and solve our problems. Chairman and Managing director are kind and niece.

The hospital maintain rules and regulations strictly. If you work hard and you will get good salary and merits. Talk less and work hard.

Likes

Surgeons and ICU Doctors are highly skilled and professional and Nursing department always gives compassionate care to the patients. Billing and administration team carry a descent work place area with good response towards patients.

Unwanted meetings and discussions being held by the lower management (CEO) level without knowing anything about the work of others.

From work culture to management, the situation is dire. There is a complete absence of job security and respect. The management structure is woefully inadequate. The hospital owner seems intent on running things like an archaic and tyrannical figure, The Head of HR adds to the problem with their ineffective leadership, while the CEO appears to be constantly opportunistic only worsen the situation.

In Parvathy hospital our transport gm sudharson sir is the one of the best I ever seen in handling the staff in ems I seen some other incharges and gm before on transport they only seen my age and they don't trust on me like he is small boy he can't do that but sudharson sir not like that he is trusted on me encouraging all our team mates and suporting them to do work more effieciently and on our Parvathy hospital allstaffs are freindly and helping type people's and mostly I love driving and I love the job
