There is nothing to like about this place only thing good was they gave salary on time

I worked there for 2.5 years got recruited studying in NIT Bhopal there are a lot of things I need to say right now they are listed below 1. They recruit faculty from IIT NIT for name sake but don't give them the environment to work properly local gujju's have formed a gang only they are given important position only they are involved in decision making , they can't even teach properly still they got all the authority . 2. The job of a teacher is to teach but they will ask you to do all the rubbish things but not teaching . If you want clerks then why do you hire teachers stupids . The people who teach good there are not given importance but it's given to those who do paper work properly . 3. The management says it wants to take the university to the level of oxford and Cambridge but I mock them for this how are you going to do this if you are not having any standards you ask the faculties to just pass the students for the sake of result There is lot lot more to say
