They didn't support only actually. They stopped paying our full salary to us from January, 2020. Forget getting paid during lockdown which started in March they didn't give our full salary for the work we had done before lockdown also. Till date money not come, we are slogging without any respect.

Dislikes

They don't pay their doctors. They only find reasons to cut salaries and make profit out of not paying employees. Actually they even cut salaries of attenders and assistants. Low quality organization.

In this company very good people arr working here and we have to learn more they are help to improve our skills

This company was very low level of job security and low salary high work and mainly rules and regulations are very crucial and leaves are only 4 at all circumstances and if no public holidays And if you need a leave on Saturday and Monday they considered as 4 leaves Administration was very bad

Freshers can learn root canal directly on patients Learn marketing Grow contacts with more doctors Dentist like to join partha to learn skin and hair care

No fixed leaves or holiday, Shifting doctors from one branch to other, Low salary pay, No travel allowance, Work pressure to increase monthly income of clinic, Dentist are made to do cosmetology cases to earn more, Huge treatment price

I have been working with Partha Dental for past 4 months . I have heard many colleagues complain about the pay packet. Instead of joining that crowd, I quietly enquired on my own, from friends and classmates from all over the place. The feedback I got was a pleasant surprise. Partha Dental not only pays salaries as per prevalent standards, it adds incentives as well. The more work you do, the more you get.

I like working in Partha but only one thing is we have only four weekoff in a month that wouldn't be sufficient .we don't even get leave for festivals that could be considered. Can give atleast 10 to 15 times tea break for doctors bcos we sit inside the clinic for 9 long hours or else you could provide some refreshments or think about giving petty cash .Thank you
