It is One of the worst experience working in Parsavnath developers limited. They hold the salary of employees, do not release on time. Employee are taking legal action just to get their salary. They are doing fraud in the market.

Salary not received for last 11 months, bonus and medical not received for last 2 years..... even after various written requests, management has not been giving pending salaries etc. Even Full and final of the ex-employees are on hold for many years. Only those person who sent Lawyer's notices, have got their Full and Final settlement.....

The company is having a culture to support the employee. Seniors are very co-operative. Most important thing about the company's higher management they listen the lower staff & justify the things accordingly. Actually company is working like a family.

Good work environment specially for lady staff.All departments are very supportive when you need any documentation like from sanction,finance,records and all project approvals .Management is also support for any of approval note send.

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
